We are a leading supplier of white labelled IT services to IT Resellers and MSPs throughout the UK. We are currently recruiting for 2nd Line Support Engineer with Windows Server and networking experience to join our expanding team. The role is a permanent based in our Three Bridges, Crawley offices but will require visits to customer site throughout the UK from time to time.

You will be required to deliver all levels of support to organisations of varying size that outsource their support to us. You will need to provide support for servers, desktops, networks, security, firewalls, exchange/365.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

-Providing 1st and 2nd line telephone and remote support

-Providing onsite support where necessary

-Installation, optimisation and maintenance of Windows Servers and Operating Systems from 2008 R2 - 2016 to include Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, WSUS;

-Configuring and installing new workstations and configuring networking equipment

-Ensuring Service Desk support calls are logged and resolved in a timely fashion.

Essential Skills

-Windows Server 2012 AD, DNS, DHCP

-6 month experience in 1st/2nd line role

-Good communication skills both written and spoken

-Windows Client OS

The role will involve ad hoc travel to customer sites nationwide. As a result you must have a full driving license.
