Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)
You will assist and support the Compliance Manager in the effective management of the statutory compliance service; ensuring all regulatory and legislative responsibilities for gas, asbestos, legionella, electrical, fire safety, lifts and associated mechanical and electrical services are achieved. Working closely with other teams and suppliers, you will ensure an effective operational framework is delivered to meet our client's and it's customers compliance needs.
You will be the main point of contact for the day-to-day operational delivery of the statutory compliance function; ensuring the smooth delivery of a first-class, quality and value for money property asset compliance service. You will assist the Compliance Manager in monitoring and reporting on asset compliance performance through the collation of effective performance management data.
The successful candidate will be able to effectively use data management systems in line with our client's policies, processes and programmes, providing assurance of ongoing statutory and regulatory compliance, whilst providing a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction. The role will also require you to work effectively with key internal colleagues and external partners and stakeholders to ensure you contribute to enabling the our client to fulfil all of its property-related health and safety and other statutory and regulatory obligations.
