SAGE 50 Professional, MS NAV & Dynamics365 knowledge is desirable.

Experience in a finance environment and looking to or currently developing a career in and wishing to progress in their chosen area of financial studies (AAT).

Data collection and input into Excel documents for analysis.

Undertake problem-solving in areas relevant to primary duties.

Work with different currencies; identifying exchange rates and carrying out conversion calculations.

Organising quarterly files.

File invoices and accounting data according to defined procedures.

Answering supplier telephone and e-mail queries.

Providing valuable input and support to the reporting function for the company.

Assist in the creation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports & KPI's.

Playing an active role in developing and delivering reports to support key business decisions.

Active involvement in ongoing analytical projects.

Assist in rigorous and continual data cleansing, validation projects as the company moves forward.

Assist in creating & delivering ad hoc reports on the needs of stakeholders

Undertake problem-solving in areas relevant to primary duties.

As part of the overall accounts team, play an active part in the rollout of company control processes and ensure that all documented processes in the business are followed correctly by all parties.

Creating and sustaining links between all business departments.

Assist in other Accounts department duties when requested, along with other adhoc departmental duties, as they arise.
