Your new role
In your new role you will be joining a finance team to support in all round Purchase Ledger duties. The team consists of another Purchase Ledger, three Management Accountants and you will be reporting into the Finance Manager. You will be expected to work closely with another Purchase Ledger to process large volume invoices, processing goods invoices using a three way matching system. Reconciliations of supplier statements and preparation of audit reports and monthly payment runs.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in obtaining this role you will have a minimum of 2 years prior experience as a Purchase Ledger, dealing with high volume invoicing along with advanced Excel skills to be able to perform VLookups, HLookups and create pivot tables. Strong communication skills and attention detail are key to ensure you can efficiently work within a team and support the aged backlog.
