For our client, a global telco company, we are looking for a skilled NewCo Support Analyst Middleware

NewCo is a live project based on Oracle Telecom stack major products namely BRM, Siebel CRM, FMW (Fusion Middle Ware), OSM, ASAP etc. NewCo is one of the most vital project taking care of the clients UK’s Mobile business processes starting from Customer Provisioning, Billing, Customer Care, Mediation and identity Management functions seamlessly. The NewCo Level 2 team is a part of the clients Technology Shared Service Centre (TSSC) setup having presence both onsite at Newbury and offsite at Pune India to deliver the service.
Role responsibilities:
  • Providing L2 Support to Apps application
  • Hands-on Design, Build, deployment and support all different components of Oracle Fusion
  • Middleware ( SOA, AIA, OSB, BPM, ODI, including the WebLogic App server and related Oracle
  • Database) , Coherence
  • Design and build highly scalable and available Web Services backbone for the organization.
  • Implement monitoring tools and techniques for Fusion Middleware components, particularly SOA and OSB services
  • Support multiple integration projects in the middleware space, troubleshooting middle-tier issues and assisting developers on infrastructure related issues
  • Order orchestration and AABC implementation and support experience
  • Provide on-site support to users during the cutover of services, if/when needed
  • Report and escalate all observed problems to proper client operational escalation points
  • Performance test planning & execution and tuning of Fusion Middleware products, including WebLogic, SOA, JRockit and Coherence
  • Hands-on admin and configuration for multiple WebLogic domains supporting full SDLC for several projects
  • Hands-on Installation of new middleware software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve middleware software related problems

Required Skills and experience:

OracleB.E/B.Tech/MCA Middleware Systems, Operational support and AdminUnix Shell Scripting. Oracle DB· Oracle FMW, SOA, OSB, AIAhandling, Geographical exposure etcOracle ODIOracle 10g & Unix6-8 years of Experience
