JOB TITLE: Child Care Lawyer

PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years

LOCATION: Kent (commutable from: Maidstone, Chatham, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Ashford, Gravesend)


In this fast paced and busy role the appointed Child Care Lawyer will handle a busy caseload comprising; Emergency Protection Orders, Care Orders Child Protection Conferences and section 20 accommodation matters. The Child Care Lawyers provide advocacy for early stage hearing, however, in-house advocacy services are available for later stage hearings. Due to a growing need within the organisation a number of Child Care Lawyers are required to commence a new position immediately on an on going locum basis.


Applications are welcomed from qualified Child Care Lawyers with in excess of 3 years PQE. Extensive, in-depth experience of handling complex child care matters is essential, as is a proven ability to provide advocacy. As this is an urgent requirement to be considered for the roles you must be available at short notice to commence a new position in Kent.
