Technical Customer support
GEM Partnership are once again delighted to support one of the largest customer management organisations in their ongoing search for experience Technically minded customer support agents.
Within the role you will respond to Business users of a range of software products and services in order to educate customers and provide first line technical assistance.
Due to the nature of this role it is essential you are comfortable communicating with customers using both verbal and written forms of communication.
Based in our clients North Tyneside site, you will deal with existing users of a popular financial software. You will be required to demonstrate exceptional customer service and a strong technical knowledge.
In return, you will receive;
- Competitive salary of £15000 per annum rising to £16500 after your probation.
