Senior Marketing Manager - B2C - Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this semi-start up organisation to assist them in growing their brand and customer base through its offline and digital channels.

Experience of the Employee Benefits and Reward sector and working is essential, and the candidate should have a solid understanding of internal communication around Reward and Benefits.

Senior Marketing Manager - B2C - Role Responsibility

  • Manages, builds and maintains external relationship: Clients, Partners {B2C only}
  • Support strategic initiatives and new business opportunities.
  • Coordinating and project managing all client launches and their ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Reporting campaign effectiveness
  • Coordinating all B2C webinars and their promotion
  • Assisting with the build of B2C nurture programmes within our marketing automation system
  • Liaise with Content Manager in creating ongoing B2C marketing communications
  • Responsible along with Content Manager for financial promotions approval process
  • Ensuring that all client assets are fit for purpose (quality control)
  • Obtaining and recording internal and external sign-off of client B2C 12 months communications plan
  • Provide the CMO with an accurate and regularly reviewed aggregated assessment of all marketing activities.

Senior Marketing Manager - B2C - The Ideal Candidate

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong B2C Marketing experience
  • Campaign management and B2C KPI reporting
  • Financial Services marketing experience
  • Customer service/customer management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Microsoft skills including Excel, Powerpoint, Word
  • Ability to utilise advanced PowerPoint skills to transform concepts and ideas into professional material
  • Prior event management experience
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce

  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent listening, questioning and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
