Our client based in Bath are looking for an MIS (Management Information Systems) Support Analyst to join their team to be responsible for providing efficient and effective support to the company's MIS including administration, support and development projects across all territories globally.

Responsibilities:

*To manage and provide first-line support for system technical and data support queries and executing MIS periodic routines
*To support system development working with the business owners and MIS manager as appropriate and manage / co-ordinate smaller system projects, including but not restricted to:
a. Sage 200 ERP
b. Workbooks CRM
c. Razor (in-house system)
d. EDI
*To understand the Company's business processes to challenge process improvement and suggest appropriate operational and system solutions or ideas
*To liaise with and manage external consultants and support partners where applicable
*Attend MIS project and business support meetings, ensuring a clear agenda and actions
*Provide generic user training including the writing of training documents as appropriate
*Ad-hoc project specific responsibilities as required
*To act as an ambassador for the company and the MIS team to the business globally
*Work closely with the MIS Manager, providing support and transparency on all projects, support status and issues
*To ensure full compliance with the Company Health & Safety policy

*The applicant MUST have the following skills:
-Experience of using systems in the workplace (ideally Sage and Workbooks, but maybe other systems such as SAP, Dynamics, QuickBooks)
-Excellent MS Excel skills
-Very Good MS Word skills
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Excellent organisational and documentation skills
-A minimum of 3 years' work experience in an office

*The following skills would be preferable (but full / further training can be given):

-Knowledge of Sage 200 (either as a front-end user or as a back end / system administrator)
-Knowledge of Workbooks (either as a front-end user or as a back end / system administrator)
-EDI (either direct in-house or via a 3rd party provided/web portal)

Maternity Cover - 9-month contract to start ASAP
