Technical Analyst - 1st and 2nd Line
£20,000 - £24,000

Our client are a IT Solutions Provider focusing on core services within Managed Services and IT Consulting, with focus towards Collaboration, Cloud and Business Applications. We are currently looking for a Technical Analyst to be based on-site for a large international logistics customer located in Tower Bridge.


Responsibilities
:

·Resolve 1st/2nd line incidents and queries on a single customer site

· Ensure the support desk phone is answered at all times (Including out of hours mobile support)

· Gain an insight into the build of SCCM and the deployment and creation of task sequences

· Carry out regular jobs within the company?s dedicated Exchange platform

· Investigate and resolve issues within the customers various dedicated shipping applications

· Assisst with the upkeep of the teams 99.7% - 100% response and fix SLA each month

· Setup and manage IP Telephony devices from Cisco to Avaya to Polycom devices

· Carry out daily checks on Exchange mailbox sizes and the various backups

The Ideal Candidate will have experience and knowledge in the majority of the following Technologies:

·Active Directory
·Microsoft Exchange 2010, Mimecast, Exchange Management Console
·MS Lync/Skype for Business
·Microsoft Office,2013 and 2016
·Windows 7, 8,10
·Antivirus software (Sophos, Eset,TrendMicro)
·Email filtering software (Mimecast)
·Backup and Restore (BackupExec)

·Exposure to SCCM

·Exposure to Microsoft Server 2008/2012 R2

· IP Telephony (Polycom)

· SharePoint 2010

· Connectwise Helpdesk System
