Leading global pharmaceuticals organisation based in Welwyn Garden City is looking to recruit an experienced Change Manager to support their Global Clinical Operations team on a 14 month contract.

The change manager will be responsible for supporting and implementing new ways of working in response to changes in organisational structure. The Change Manager will be expected to develop and implement change management plans across the business. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop strategies and initiatives for implementing change effectively to ensure smooth transitions for the business and employees.

You will have a degree in a medical, science, organisational change or business administration discipline as well as extensive experience of implementing change across a global, complex organisation. Excellent knowledge and experience of organisational change methodologies and principles is essential, with ADKAR being preferable. Superb project management and people management skills are also required.
