Motor Claims Handler

Required to work every other Saturday

Auto Claims, an expert Accident Recovery Specialists based in Birmingham, currently require a Claims Handler to join their established company.

You will be joining our team of experienced claims handlers to ensure a smooth and professional claims journey for clients, whilst providing first class customer service.

If you have experience within the Motor Claims industry (ideally in a credit hire / recoveries role) and want to work in a fast-paced environment, where your days will fly by we would love to hear from you!

What do I need?

Along with a good level of Motor Claims experience, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • To be competent with IT platforms including Microsoft Excel

Claims Handler Position summary

As a Motor Claims Handler, you will be liaising with a range of third party providers to effectively manage claims to ensure the best outcome is achieved every time.

No two days will be the same and your remit will include duties such as:

  • Taking on and dealing with new claims
  • Instructing Repairers and Engineers
  • Organising Credit hire
  • Monitoring repairs and hire to mitigate losses
  • Accurate admin and data entry
