Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Paid £300 per week
- Graduate with minimum 2:1 degree
- Knowledgeable mentor to help with training and development

This school has a high level of Pupil Premium children, therefore you will mainly be working with groups of students who are entitled to additional funding and may need that extra push to achieve their academic and personal potential. You will be following the class teacher and creating your own lesson plans, which are tailored to the specific needs and abilities of the children you are working with. This role will be assisting specific groups of children throughout this diverse and welcoming primary school.
You will need to be passionate about supporting the development of children's learning and be able to enthuse and motivate students who have low levels of confidence and are disengaged from lessons. High levels of patience and enthusiasm are required at all times. If you are creative and have an understanding of learning through using practical resources, then you this role is for you! It is essential that you have a strong academic background, a minimum of a 2:1 degree.
