DIVISIONAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE - BMW/MINI

KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide help and support to Divisional Marketing Managers
To deliver the BMW & MINI experience and maximise sales and profit opportunities through the delivery of local marketing activity.
To exceed customer expectations at all times.
To support the Retail Centres in ensuring that all standards and processes are adhered to in line with franchise contract arrangements.
Help run and maintain the BMW Co-funding & MINI Match programmes
Order materials on EDMK+ & MMM+ (eg Opt In Campaigns, Invites etc)
Provide local support and guidance to the dealerships
Service Inclusive Letters
End of Warranty Letters
Update ROLN with News, Offers and Delivery and Used Pages
Ensure Motorrad Marketing Campaigns have been actioned
Assist with Local Marketing Plans
Organise and distribute quarterly tactical car livery (photos as proof)
Liaise with Database Execs
Run Divisional Appointment Leagues for all Events
Attend Head of Business Meetings
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Understanding of all marketing disciplines and experience particularly in advertising, internet, web development, on-line marketing and local marketing.
Enthusiasm to deliver the BMW & MINI experience and continuously improve product knowledge of self and others. Desire to achieve the highest standard of personalised customer care commensurate with the BMW & MINI brand.
Flexible approach to work and adaptable to thrive in a changing environment.
Full UK driving license required as there will be elements of travel to our Retail Centres
