To generate profitable revenue growth through outbound call prospecting, contract renewal calls, campaign follow-up and product sales thereby building a strong sales pipeline and to provide outstanding guidance and service to all customers.
·Outbound telesales calls covering a broad mix of: cold call prospecting, contract renewals, campaign follow-up and product sales to generate profitable revenue growth
·Closing Warm leads from referral companies ensuring profit maximisation
·Maintaining and recording all activity on the company?s CRM system
·Achieving activity KPIs set by the company
·Providing the right solutions following a needs based analysis
·Achieve sales targets set by the company
If you have a good positive attitude, are articulate, numerate, professional and able to listen, learn and grow then you will excel with this Company. Proven telesales experience with demonstrable sales achievement is essential. Attention to detail is key as are strong organisational skills. You do need to be is a self-starter who can grasp an opportunity, work hard to achieve goals and enjoy being part of a team.
Basic Salary £22k
Uncapped OTE once fully trained minimum £36,000 pa - realistic £50k
Additional financial incentives and bonuses available for exceeding targets and achieving goal posts throughout the journey
