This Learning Support Assistant position involves supporting teaching and learning across the school and you will be expanding your horizons with an excellent CPD programme. This SEN LSA position involves lending support on a lesson by lesson approach where you will be helping teachers of all key stages to develop and create personalised learning plans for specific pupils in the classrooms. As a SEN LSA you will be inputting your own ideas into lesson plans and develop interesting activities that are both educational and fun. Such a position will see you develop your skills, experience and understanding of pupils with Complex Learning and Special Needs,

All pupils have delays or difficulties in communication, interaction, cognition or learning, and function within the Moderate-Severe range of learning difficulties. They aspire to facilitate learning in a professional and caring environment where the children have the chance to develop their self-esteem and independence, and to learn and fulfil their potential.
