My london based gaming client is currently looking for a Casino CRM executive for their casino products. Reporting to the Head of Retention, you will cover all aspects of Casino marketing with a particular focus on CRM campaign execution, promotional activity and product support.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to and developing Casino marketing plans and campaigns
  • Executing daily email and SMS campaigns through various CRM platforms
  • Ongoing competitor research and recommendations
  • Continual campaign optimisation through ongoing planning, testing and reporting
  • Support product initiatives and product/service roll-outs
  • Analyse customer data and provide analytical reports on campaign performance
  • Resolving escalated Casino customer issues
  • Providing translations to the teams

Essential Criteria:

  • Casino knowledge and experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail and analysis skills
  • Brimming with new and innovative ideas
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to distinguish between important and less important tasks
