The Role A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Private Client Legal Secretary in Bexleyheath. Assisting and supporting fee earners, the ideal Secretary will have previous experience within a Private Client department and possess fast and accurate audio and copy typing speed. Joining an expanding department, you will demonstrate good client care regularly liaising with clients. Your duties will include: dealing with telephone calls; typing; drafting legal documents; filing; preparing documents; answering client queries; diary management; preparing meeting facilities and; administrative duties. The successful Legal Secretary will have good people skills and able to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
