About the role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Fleet Compliance Officer to join our Plant & Fleet business unit to work in Cumbernauld, with extensive travel across Scotland.

What you'll be doing

As Regional Fleet Compliance Officer, you will:

* Take ownership and control of Transport Compliance aspects of the regional commercial vehicle fleet
* Monitor and support site staff with the maintenance of vehicle records at site level as required
* Plan, schedule and liaise with suppliers to ensure ancillary equipment is maintained, fitted and removed as appropriate
* Conduct driver briefings, inductions and tool box talks on company policy and legislation
* Assist transport managers with transport/compliance investigations

Who we're looking for
You will:

* Hold a full UK driving Licence
* Hold a certificate of Professional Competence in Road Haulage
* Have product knowledge (LGV Familiarization)
* Have excellent communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
* Be IT literate
