My client based in Faversham is currently recruiting for a excel focused purchase ledger clerk on a temporary basis for a period of 2-3 months. Reporting directly to the financial controller you will support the team during a period of new software being implemented. You will be responsible for inputting purchase invoices and sales invoices, processing expenses, liaising with company purchasing department and reconciliation of supplier statements. The ideal candidate will have advanced excel skills including pivot tables and v`lookups with the ability to report to senior members of staff. Any experience of ``Salesforce`` or ``SageLive`` would be extremely beneficial but not essential. This role is all about attention to detail and the ability to manage your workload. My client is looking for someone to start in mid-November so you must be available immediately or at short notice.
