Your role as a Finance Assistant will include:

  • Generating customer invoices
  • Run monthly statements
  • Assisting Credit Controller with customer accounts
  • Updating Daily Cashbook
  • A/R Cash Posting
  • Reconcile remittances
  • Process credit notes.
  • Assist department with filing duties
  • Look after accounts email inbox.
  • Provide customers with copy invoices & statements
  • Liaison with C/S on any issues as a result of Credit Controller's calls
  • Run credit notes.
  • Help department in other areas during busy periods.
