The Private client lawyers work with individuals and families, providing advice on a wide range of topics such as estate structuring, taxation and trust administration. DBS are dedicated to private client work, covering not only the traditional will writing and estate structuring, but also residential property, probate, contentious probate and family law.
If you are an ambitious, LPC-educated candidate with private client experience DBS would like you to be their Trainee Solicitor.
The position will entail working on your own caseload of matters under the supervision of a senior Solicitor. It?s important that you will have gained experience within an existing private client department and that you will have covered drafting of Wills, estate work and LPAs.
This is a rare opportunity to train as a Solicitor with a leading firm in the area that can offer an excellent long-term career path with a high retention record for Trainee Solicitors.
