We have a fantastic opportunity for a data driven, analytically minded Online Merchandising Executive (eCommerce) to join our marketing team here at N Brown. This is a key role working alongside the eCommerce manager and Online Merchandising Coordinator and help with delivering the onsite strategy by maximising and maintaining Jacamo product exposure online and to drive online category sales and site visitor targets.

The Online Merchandising Executive (eCommerce) will be responsible for:

- Supporting with the category hierarchy and associated characteristics including management and development of the use of Characteristics
- Develop a full understanding of the online category and product data to feed in to product optimisation and category optimisation opportunities.
- Review product attributes to ensure that site navigation, filters and characteristics are optimised.
- Ensuring all products are strategically merchandised across the site and checking product titles, description, attributes, imagery etc highlighting any gaps and liaising with the relevant teams to resolve.
- Developing and managing Jacamo's brand site optimisation plan across all devices which will support and maximise conversion for all traffic, category and promotional activities
- Working closely with the conversion rate optimisation (CRO) team proposing brand site testing and optimisation requirements, to maximise the conversion rate of new and existing customers
- Looking for new opportunities to develop categories across devices utilising analysis from Google Analytics, Google Keyword Tool and Google Trends
- Analyse onsite search behaviour to help assist in planning and ensuring products and content presented is relevant and optimised.
- Liaising with the relevant teams to put in actions and rules to improve results and conversion
- Use online analytics to study customers' patterns and behaviours from landing to checkout, understanding trends and behavioural funnels to optimise the journey and next steps
- Up-sell and cross-sell lines using available resources / tools

What the Online Merchandising Executive (eCommerce) will need to succeed:

- Experience working within an online eCommerce role is required
- Exposure and experience of Google Analytics
- High attention to detail
- An analytical and inquisitive mind with the ability to read data and make suggestions/ recommendations from findings
- Previous experience within a similar role with the ability to multi task well
- Excellent communication skills, self-sufficient and well organised
- Ability to run reports and present findings if needed
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
