As Platform Activation and Training Lead you will be part of the Digital Marketing Services workstream and you will demonstrate proven capabilities in working collaboratively with different teams across the Helios programme, building and enhancing strong relationships with various stakeholders across the globe, supporting a diverse and multi-cultural team and proactively overseeing and ensuring execution of the company site optimisation and improvement programmes to provide best in class digital marketing services for the markets.

Main Responsibilities - Work closely with Technical Delivery and Product teams and 3rd party development team to ensure platform maintenance, updates and launch are delivered as per the agreed timescales and criteria.
- Overview site management requests by assessing and responding to amendments or change requests to digital content.
- Manage the training approach and put in place structured training programmes for new markets or product features

Key Tasks Defined - Manage the day to day operational processes that ensure effective working of the platform
- Manage the content rollout process to new sites.
- Manage and support the website translation process as per the workflow defined configuration steps.
- Share best practice implementation and lessons learnt to support the development of a more effective customer journey.
- Develop training approach, content and schedule based on features and website launch schedule and on markets and regions' needs and requirements.
- Work with Technical Delivery, development team and various markets to ensure consistency of approach and the efficient development of platform usage training methodology and programmes. Develop and provide training insight, best practice and guidance:
- Act as liaison between technical delivery workstream and other functional workstreams to ensure site management requests are captured, analysed, prioritised and actioned as per business needs
- Build and manage a detailed rollout plan for each deployment
- Manage the communication process of issues, risks and dependencies with various stakeholders to ensure issues are address and resolved in time and escalated where appropriate

Skills and Attributes Required

- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and at-times intense environment.
- Ability to liaise with a diverse group of stakeholders including regional/market business owners of diverse international backgrounds, core team members, executive/management, other members of core team (PMO and technology team members) and vendors (management, business analyst, UX/creative, and developers).
- Strong analytical skills to understand/interpret and support translation of automotive customer's business needs into application and operational requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills to support creation of workable solutions to automotive business problems, ability to understand and trouble-shoot anticipated and unanticipated changes.
- Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of strategic, logical and creative solutions to challenging issues.
- Efficient time management and good prioritisation and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and robust presentation skills.

Qualifications or Knowledge Required

- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) functional knowledge.
- User interface knowledge.
- Car configurator knowledge / experience.


- 2 - 4 years of relevant operational experience
- Automotive industry experience background preferred
