New Business Account Manager - Financial Services

This is a sales role, with close customer/distributor and internal relationships
This role is critical for the delivery of an increase in high quality new business through account ownership and management of identified accounts. A constant focus will be needed on identifying and developing new key intermediary relationships, and improving the relationship, quality and new business generated from existing accounts.
The role has two principle areas of focus; to drive New Business volume and to protect existing assets
You?ll increase market share with key target accounts within the panel to achieve both, APE and market share targets, driving up retention and improving persistency of accumulation business with intermediary relationships in line with retention strategy.
You?ll also understand the market landscape and regulatory changes, especially in the Platform market.
You?ll have a proven track record in a Sales environment within financial services, managing a panel of accounts, and will hold a Diploma in Financial Planning or RO1 - RO5 qualification or be prepared to study
Salary range from £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, with monthly bonus. OTE is £44,000+.
Essential Knowledge & Skills:
- ? Strong knowledge of the Investment Process, funds and Platform market
? Good knowledge of Wealth distribution landscape and our Distribution strategy and model
? Understand the IFA market and knowledge of the financial services industry
? Excellent influencing, selling and relationship Building skills
? Knowledge of the uses of technology to support sales activity
