2nd Line Desktop Support Analysts Cardiff �133.75 pd

Initially 3 months, with options to extend

Our client requires experienced 2nd Line Desktop Support Analysts to be based in Cardiff.

All applicants must be proficient in investigating, diagnosing and resolving calls within a busy technical environment.

Typically between 100 250 calls per day are received, from clients based throughout Wales, therefore you must have the ability to successfully resolve common issues using VNC access.

ITIL Foundation Certificate or demonstrable equivalent experience.

Experience in desktop fault investigations and successful technical fixes

Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Knowledge of general knowledge of common hardware and software applications

MS Windows Server

MS Active Directory

MS Windows v7, 10

MS Exchange

MS Office

MS Project

A knowledge of NHS would be highly desirable (but not essential)

Please note: our client has deemed this role IN SCOPE of IR35
