The Nitty Gritty:
â?¢ Dealing with pre/ post-installation queries via telephone/email and live chat
â?¢ Assisting with engineers scheduling and support
â?¢ Invoicing customer for service calls and repairs
â?¢ Handling manufacturer claims
â?¢ Providing administrative assistance and supporting the installation team

What you need to bring to the party:
â?¢ Experience within the Building /Construction or a background in heating or plumbing industry would be an advantage
â?¢ Customer service experience
â?¢ Lots of enthusiasm, self-motivation and the desire to earn good money
â?¢ Good numerical and Administration skills

Core Hours:
