They are now seeking an IT Support Assistant in London .The practice is located within easy reach of local amenities and good train links. The Role A new opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Assistant to join a well-regarded firm in London. Reporting to a senior fee earner, you will be able to work well within a team under minimum supervision whilst demonstrating excellent client skills at all times. With solid expertise within a law firm, you will have experience in handling: Windows and office servers and business systems; mobile device management; Mitel/Intertel VOIP telephony; Microsoft SQL, SharePoint and Intune; Practice, Case and document management and; remote helpdesk support. The successful IT Support Assistant will be proactive in assisting the firm with hardware and software services with good attention to details.
