This company has two leading international publications. It also operates the industry's most established and respected awards schemes.

Job Summary
The Data and Subscriptions Executive will work to effectively manage the company's subscriptions and CRM database. The main aim is to increase subscriber numbers to both of the company's leading magazines and to ensure the CRM database is kept to a high standard.

The Data and Subscriptions Executive will be the main contact for ensuring that all data entering the business is correctly and accurately logged in preparation for marketing and sales activity, with responsibility for ensuring all data is accurately recorded on the CRM system and kept up to date.

The role will also manage the subscriptions database through effective email and telephone account management to current subscribers, direct enquiries and to generate new leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all company contact data is stored correctly for future use.
- To interpret the data to help them with further insights into our audience.
- To provide support in applying latest data protection standards.
- Responsible for assisting marketing activities to ensure subscriptions reach targeted income.
- Assisting subscription enquiries and general account management.
- Contact subscribers whose subscription is due to expire, to help them renew.
- Generate a monthly report on subscriptions interest and sales.

Candidate Attributes
- Confident on the phone and to people where English isn't their first language.
- Data management
- Proficiency in Excel is essential (intermediate level)
- Accurate written and verbal communication
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Planning and organising
- Experience in marketing automation is desired

- Developing and improving the organic database with relevant contacts.
- Increase in the amount of relevant contacts logged within the business.
- Ensure all data logged within the business is recorded to a higher standard.
- Increased subscriptions revenue.
- Achieving and exceeding the revenue target.
- Uncapped commission on OTE.

Conditions of employment:
- Full time, permanent position, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
- 37.5 hours a week, with 1 extra hour for lunch
- The notice period will be 1 month on either side following successful completion of a 6-month probationary period
