Helpdesk & Team Administrator - London - £22,000

Eden Brown are working with a business in the Built Environment who are in search of a Helpdesk & Team Administrator to join them on a permanent basis. As the first line of support, the Helpdesk & Team Administrator will be answering phone calls and emails from our clients who are using our in-house developed software

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Answering incoming calls
-Being the first line of support for clients and liaising with them
-Following the initial communication, you will be responsible for the ticket distribution to the correct project co- ordinator
-Liaising with technicians via phone & email
-Allocating technicians to cover call outs, based on their skills and locations
-Chasing outstanding technician's reports on a daily basis
-To attend meetings

The ideal candidate will have:

*Customer service skills
*Understanding of construction industry processes (desirable)
