A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Structural Engineer to join a successful, well-established, Civil and Structural Engineering practice in a vibrant, friendly team in Warwick. Working on an interesting mix of large scale residential, commercial, industrial and healthcare developments, you'll assist in working on a variety of interesting ventures from inception through to completion stage. Our client is offering a friendly and supportive work environment actively encouraging candidates to progress and develop.

In order to be considered for this Associate Structural Engineer role you will;

  • Have gained a strong Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • You'll have a minimum of 5-10 years (or more) consultancy experienced
  • You'll be Chartered with ICE or IStructE
  • Any previous experience carrying out structural surveys would be hugely beneficial
  • You will work well as part of a close knit design team
  • You will have strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • You'll have previous experience working on residential and commercial building structures ventures
  • Ability to lead design teams and mentor junior Engineers and Technicians

Working as an Associate Structural Engineer you will;

  • Assist in leading structural design projects
  • Conduct site visits
  • Generate survey reports
  • Assist in fee and bid proposals
  • Attend client liaison meetings
  • Work on projects from inception through to completion stage
