This is a fantastic opportunity to join us at a senior level and to lead our Marketing Team within a fast-paced customer-focused environment. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a Marketing Strategy that ensures continued growth of quality leads in the EPOS market in both the UK and US.

You will further hone our lead generation strategy and delivery plan and ensure all marketing activities improve the quality of lead generation. You will also work closely with our internal sales team to monitor lead quality and constantly optimise to drive incremental revenue.

By working closely with the CEO and COO you will be expected to ensure our brand awareness continues to remain strong in our market and to maximise all PR opportunities.

What we look for:

  • Expert in end-to-end digital marketing, including direct hands-on Adwords management, SEO and website optimisation

  • Proven experience in generating leads across direct and indirect channels

  • End-to-end experience of managing integrated marketing campaigns for b2b audiences

  • Forward-thinking, innovative & creative in approach to content marketing for new and existing customers

  • Ability to build lasting business relationships for competitive advantage

  • Experience of leading a successful marketing team in a fast-paced customer focused environment

  • Strong commercial judgement and budget management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience using a CRM system as well as extracting and analysing data from it to improve marketing strategy

  • Strong work ethic in order to handle an ever-growing, fast-paced technology environment

  • A genuine passion to want our business to be better at what we do and using technology to leverage process improvement

Preferred Software Competencies - Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Advanced Level Excel, Salesforce, Pardot (or similar)
