Mainstream Secondary Schools in South West London have an exciting opportunities available for a professional and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their large and friendly in a full time capacity to start immediately.

Secondary Schools are currently looking for an enthusiastic and proactive TAs to support pupils across Key stage 3 - 5 pupil. As part of a team, you will be working closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the class and supporting the delivery of the curriculum in line with the children's IEPs based around achieving learning outcomes. You will work together to create a positive and stimulating learning environment for the children, where they feel confident and enthusiastic about learning and achieving.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have proven experience of supporting pupils within a school setting. You will use your excellent interpersonal skills and understanding/experience of supporting pupils academically in and out of the classroom. You will successfully be able to keep the children engaged and on-task, ensuring that tasks are achievable yet stimulating/challenging to help them reach their potential. You will support the children to develop self-confidence and belief in their ability, using reward and praise as appropriate.

This job is ideal for someone who has a genuine passion for supporting pupils with special needs, and will gain fulfilment from working in this environment.

You will receive free, up to date safeguarding and child protection training, as well as enjoy working with a variety of secondary schools. Moreover you will be working with your own dedicated consultant from HAYS, who hold the DfE Quality Mark.
