This well-established fashion business is launching a new product category and is seeking a Wholesale Sales Manager to take responsibility for cosmetics and beauty products

A position which could be of interest to a Buyer or Business Development Manager with experience of product development

You will be responsible for the development and management of business with major retailers within the UK

Responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing strategies.

You will be responsible for the development and management of business with major retailers within the UK

Overseeing product development for cosmetics and beauty related merchandise

Managing and developing accounts.

Keeping up to date with new tends and using trend information to develop new product and different categories

Working closely with the suppliers for NPD as well as the in house design and development team

Overseeing the development of packaging

Negotiating prices

Growing the sales and the margins

This is a great opportunity. One with genuine scope for progression and one which may suit a Wholesale Sales Manager, Account Manager or a Retail Buyer

You will need to have worked with cosmetics or beauty products and be accustomed to managing budgets and achieving sales growth

An understanding of the product development process will be beneficial .

Occasional travel will be involved
