Highly successful practice in Hampshire seeks Housing Lawyer, ideally with publicly funded experience. The Firm Our client is a highly successful, multi- office practice who offer a comprehensive range of legal services to individuals from the North West to the South East. The Role We are now actively seeking a talented Housing Lawyer for a busy team based in Southampton. Managing a busy and complex caseload, the successful Lawyer will advise on and represent clients in areas to include: possession proceedings; landlord and tenant disputes; disrepair claims; unlawful eviction; ASBOs and; rent arrears. Previous experience in publicly funded housing matters is highly desirable but is not a pre-requisite for this position. Keen to play an active role in the continued development of the practice, the successful Lawyer will build and sustain client relationships and participate in initiatives to generate referrals.
