Your new company
A well established and niche organisation based in the heart of Clitheroe are looking to expand on their current team and recruit a new, permanent member purchase ledger clerk within their growing accounts team. This business is currently benefiting from organic growth and is keen to find a member of staff that will grow with the organisation.

Your new role
In your new job as purchase ledger, you will be responsible for checking the statuses of all the invoices and ensuring all have been authorised as well as inputting all the invoices onto Sage 50, checking statements, processing inter-company invoices, filling out credit application forms, controlling all creditors accounts and ensure the balances are correct and setting up supplier payment runs through Sage and on the bank. Alongside this, you will be expected to support the finance team on an ad-hoc basis. This will be a full time role, working between 9am - 5pm.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should ideally have experience working in a similar role and environment and be a confident user of Sage 50. It is preferred for you to have worked in purchase ledger previously and have the ability to adapt to a fun and fast paced working environment.
