A market leading manufacture and distribution business based in Leeds. This company is currently experiencing a period of significant growth.
Your new role
Reporting to the financial controller, you will provide credit control and departmental administrational support to internal team members and external customers and suppliers. You will be working as a stand-alone credit controller dealing with daily and weekly invoice runs, managing credit limits and checks, liaising with stakeholders to agree stops to trading, allocating the cash, aged debt reporting and other general administration duties. You will be responsible for collecting outstanding monies from 200 live accounts as well as dealing with customer query resolution and contact updating in CRM.
What you'll need to succeed
You are a good communicator with a good grasp of credit control techniques and procedures. You have the ability to work under pressure within a high volume environment whilst maintaining a high standard of work. You are an organised, logical thinker with the ability to prioritise work. You are an enthusiastic team player that is able to get stuck in and support other departments when necessary. Though not essential, AAT qualifications are desirable.
