Permanent Payroll Officer, Aylesbury, Paying up to 33k

Your new role
This role is a sole payroll position and the key responsibilities are:
- Ensuring correct salary - including processing changes to salaries
- New starters/leavers
- On call allowance
- Stocks and Shares
- Deductions - pension, childcare vouchers, student loans etc
- Referral payments
- Other Allowances
Annual payroll tasks
- Form 42s
- Dealing with HMRC queries
- Dealing with staff queries around payroll.
- Managing the administration of the company workplace pension
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong 'can do' attitude. You will be a mature communicator and be willing to interact with all levels in the organisation. Experience of Ceridian / SD Worx would be preferred, but is not essential. Good IT knowledge is preferred (Microsoft etc). Minimum of 1 year payroll experience ideally.
