If you are flexible, well organised, possess excellent communication skills, can work on your own initiative as well as motivating others, have a genuine desire to work in the hospitality industry and are looking for a structured career path then apply online today Cluster Accounts Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Assist the Cluster Financial Controller /Accounts Managers in ensuring that profitability is optimised within the business. To ensure effective and timely communication of business performance and opportunities to all levels of management within the organization`s processes and timelines. To ensure that all banking transactions are processed and cleared in a timely manner. To ensure the weekly and monthly payrolls are processed within the timelines and ensure all appropriate signatures are on relevant documentation in line with company policy while maintaining confidentiality. To participate in the month end accounts processes in conjunction with central services, as per company policies and procedures, ensuring preparation of accurate and timely financial reports. To assist with the preparation of the monthly balance sheet reconciliations held at property level. To assist in the preparation of forecasts and budgets in conjunction with the Cluster Financial Controller of each cluster property. To assist with the valuation of stock takes within the cluster To supervise the AP and Income Audit functions, within the cluster hub and satellite properties.
