Our client a successful and growing business based on the outskirts of Huddersfield is currently looking for a billing administrator/project coordinator to join their team. This is a well established company with a great reputation in their industry. The role will be busy and varied and you will be responsible for carrying out the following duties and responsibilities:
?Ensuring all orders from the sales team and project team are actioned with the relevant parties
?Dealing with suppliers to ensure supply chain runs smoothly
?Dealing with incoming customer emails & phone calls (Billing)
?Co-ordinate engineers (including 3rd party engineers) for faults and support work where necessary
?Ensuring figures and information is entered into the CRM system correctly to ensure bill generation is activated
?Investigate any bill discrepancies and liaise with the accounts and suppliers
?Providing excellent customer service and developing standard operating processes
?Working closely with the service desk to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are adhered to
?Customer feedback / questionnaires
?Monthly call plan bill generation
?Meeting billing KPI
To be successful in this role, you will have;
?In-depth experience of professional Customer Services from within a B2B environment.
?Ideally knowledge of Telecoms Industry
?Excellent problem solving skills.
?Discipline and management.
?An eye for figures
?Experience of delivering projects would be ideal
As the location of the business is fairly remote your own transport maybe a necessity
Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 depending of experience
Discretionary annual bonus
Hours 9 - 5.30
