We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Analytics Manager.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead delivery of a prioritized, planned & agreed project schedule to meet the business objectives and increases profitability for Business Banking
  • Lead the team in development and maintenance of a range of analyses to extract information and deliver meaningful analyses across the business
  • Manage expectations of business banking stakeholders including project prioritisation
  • Provide key analytics contact for business banking within the team's functional area and work with stakeholders across the business.
  • Lead, develop and motivate the team to attract, retain and develop the capacity, capability and talent to provide for succession and ensure delivery of business objectives
  • Implement and apply the processes, infrastructure and resources needed to deliver agreed team plans and targets

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of using relevant software packages such as SAS and SQL
  • Experience in working in a relevant role within an relevant market/context
  • ability to understand and interpret straightforward financial data
  • Relevant product knowledge including knowledge of CMB business, products and services
