They are looking for experienced and inspirational Technical Leads to oversee all aspects of software delivery within their client project teams.

Technical Lead (Java / C# .Net / HTML5) ? Key Skills / Experience:

  • Acting as Technical Lead, you will be the key point of contact for specific client projects
  • You will have technical ownership of specific projects, and will have the freedom to use your own technical experience and leadership style to steer the direction of the project to successful completion
  • You will use your expert knowledge of emerging trends and technologies to make informed decisions and deliver innovative and successful software development projects
  • You will be client facing, and will be passionate about delivering exceptional solutions to clients
  • You will provide technical leadership to the client project team, and will be responsible for hands-on mentoring and nurturing of your team members
  • You will use your knowledge of Agile methodology, object oriented design principles and solid development practices to continually look for ways to innovate and improve processes
  • Working in a collaborative environment, you will encourage knowledge sharing, team working and continued professional development.

Technical Lead (Java / C# .Net / HTML5) ? Key Skills / Experience:

  • Strong commercial experience designing / developing enterprise-level systems
  • Demonstrable technical expertise in Java, C# .NET, or HTML5
  • Experience of leading a development team and managing client projects
  • Experience of the full software development lifecycle
  • A deep understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology
  • Good technical design skills including object oriented design / design patterns
  • An interest in new and emerging technologies
  • Exceptional communication skills, a professional approach, and an inspirational leadership style.
  • A relevant university degree
