This school is looking for a dedicated and driven Oxbridge graduate who has an impressive academic record with a minimum of a 2:1. Ideally, you will have relevant transferable experience to take into a school setting. You will have the ability to show the leadership team that you have an innate desire to become an outstanding teacher and role model for the children in their school. For gifted and talented students who are aiming for Oxford or Cambridge, you would be the perfect positive role model to give them the additional boost to challenge them to achieve over their expectations. This experience will help to develop an understanding of the best approach to teaching and developing your own style with excellent weekly training opportunities. In the classroom, you will be helping the teacher to manage the differentiation of abilities within the class, offering your own planned resources and ideas, taking on more responsibility when you're ready.

About the School:

This school is in an excellent location in the Sandwell area and is easily accessible by public transport or car. This school has a fabulous reputation within the community, Ofsted graded 'outstanding' and offers excellent opportunities to its graduates that are taking part in their foundation year and teacher training year.
