We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Learning Technologist to support our digital learning transformation. As a leading digital fashion retailer, we are always looking at ways to accelerate our performance so we need someone who can optimise our existing technology while delivering outstanding new solutions to meet our customers every changing development needs!

A pivotal role within the Talent Development Team, you'll use your passion for technology and learning to design and develop effective and engaging resources that transform how we learn and help drive our Talent strategy.

Main Responsibilities of the Digital Learning Technologist are to: -

- Develop and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure that it delivers maximum learner engagement and impact;
- Design and develop effective and engaging resources that transform how our colleagues learn -
you'll design the learning of the future from E-Learning, videos, animations, to gamification;
- Work with the Talent Development Manager to identify and promote new blended approaches for the delivery of group wide induction and onboarding programs, to support both on-site and distance delivery;
- Coach, guide and advise L&D and the business on the most appropriate use of technology learning interventions, in line with the 70:20:10 learning philosophy;
- In liaison with subject matter experts, provide relevant Compliance learning solutions and associated Manager Learning dashboards to meet business and regulatory requirements;
- Take responsibility for future learning technology and deliver short term/ one-off strategic projects as required.

An ideal candidate for the Digital Learning Technologist role will have: -

- Previous experience in the L&D area;
- Experience of developing digital solutions to promote learning culture in a fast paced, constantly changing environment;
- CIPD blended learning certificate, Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF) or other equivalent technology led solution qualification;
- Previous experience of Learning Management systems ideally Litmos and Agylia.

Furthermore, you will have the ability to develop training needs analysis, create learning materials and recommend learning solutions/strategy to support business goals whilst engaging the learner. You will be a great communicator with strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with peers and stakeholders and involve them in learning culture. You will have an inquisitive mind and keep ahead of the curve with new learning technologies and adaptation within the workplace.

In additional to a salary of £29-31k (depending on experience) the Digital Learning Technologist will receive an excellent benefits package.
