Solicitor with passion for wills and trusts sought for specialist team in Buckinghamshire. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a pro-active and ambitious Solicitor to join a specialist Private Client team in the Gerrard`s Cross area. With previous experience in will drafting and/or trusts work, the successful Solicitor will manage a complex caseload, ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times. Duties may include: taking instructions for wills and codicils; drafting both straightforward and complex wills; advising on trust arrangements for estate planning and protection of assets; preparing discretionary and life-interest trusts and; trusts administration.
