1st Line IT Helpdesk Support Technician ? Shoreham by Sea

We are currently recruiting for a 1st line IT Helpdesk Technician to support business clients. You will have sound basic working knowledge of providing IT Technical Support ? and the ability to provide 1st Line Support to businesses.

Role responsibilities include:

Being the first point of contact for client calling/emailing in with support issues, dealing with and fixing issues or escalating on to 2nd/3rd Line or Field Service Engineers

Logging all calls and utilising a ticketing system

This role requires all of the following attributes:

Ideally a background in working for an IT Reseller/Outsourced Services provider

Friendly and positive attitude

Ability to work well under pressure

Willingness to learn

Attention to detail

Team Player

Strong communication and literacy skills

Excellent Customer Service Skills

Strong basic knowledge of IT including Windows Server and Workstations and remote access

Working Hours:

8 Hour shift pattern between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm (40 hour week) on weekly rotation

Salary and Benefits:

The Salary for this role is up to £23,000 dependant on experience.
