As a 1st Line Support Engineer, First Line Support Engineer, Service Desk Analyst, Helpdesk Support you will join a team committed to doing the best - for the client; and for each over. Where everyone works collaboratively, is open to new ideas and committed to continual service improvement.
As the 1st Line Engineer your role will form the "Heart of the Service Desk". You will join a team of 5 Service Desk Analysts (and growing) and be actively involved in the ongoing success of this expanding organisation.
The First Line Support Engineer/Service Desk Analyst/Helpdesk Support requires a "can do" attitude to customer service coupled with a good technical knowledge base. Customers are at the forefront of my clients business and your ability to make them feel a priority, as well as confidently resolving their technical issues, is crucial to their growth & success.
You will work alongside a team of 2nd and 3rd line support specialists, indicating a structured career path and an open forum, where ideas are shared and issues are discussed.

* Previous experience working in a 1st line Support role, ideally for a Managed Service Provider, working with external clients
* Technical understanding of most of the following: Windows 7, Active Directory & MS Exchange

* Passionate about IT, keen to keep up to date with technical trends and emerging technologies
