In this role as a learning support assistant you should be able to work with a range of pupils from varied backgrounds and abilities. It is essential you have a 2.1 or above in a core subject degree including either Maths, Science, English or Humanities.
It would be ideal if you had previous experience of working within a school or educational setting, or be a strong graduate who is incredibly keen to pursue a career within education and become a teacher. A strong degree and a passion for education are vital ingredients for this school who would fully support the successful candidate come September.
