?We want to promote the policy of having a full overview of all the environments from dev through to prod, in easy-to-read dashboards and full data views.
?We want to remove human error from the equation of our development process and ensure as many processes as possible are idempotent and reliable.
?We want to push ourselves to create the engineering resources we dream of, to allow the best service for our staff as possible.
?We want to create an environment that shares knowledge at high level but also to allow staff to delve as much as they want to into the details of our systems to encourage curiosity and growth.
?We want to ensure that if something goes wrong, we know exactly when, how and why it went wrong and can put our hands on the information in the minimal amount of time.
What we are looking for:
?Great knowledge and experience working with AWS, auto-scaling, high availability, automating AWS resources.
?Experience in configuration management apps like Ansible/Puppet/Chef.
