SmartSourcing are recruiting on behalf of a public sector client and are looking for a Trainer. The successful Regional Trainer will be responsible designing and delivering a complete training package at multiple sites for colleagues prior to their upgrade to Win 10/O365 and ensuring they have access to online training support. They must build strong relationships with key Divisional, Local Delivery Unit Cluster and Site stakeholders; delivering their agreed Training Requirements and provide them with advice and counsel based on overall project guidance. They will be expected to be highly mobile and willingness to travel nationwide is essential. Although they will work primarily in their Region, there is a requirement to cover colleagues on leave in other Regions. The Regional Trainer will work with colleagues within Training, Business Change, Deployment, Communications and other relevant stakeholder groups across the organisation, to deliver targeted, creative and effective training interventions and capability demonstrations. Essential Skills needed are; �Deep knowledge of the capabilities of the latest Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Skype for Business etc. �Availability to travel nationwide �Numerically and grammatically accurate �Understanding of Training Needs Analysis �Indepth knowledge of most appropriate and most effective training techniques. �Good knowledge of eLearning solutions. �Experience of identifying training needs for users with Assistive Technology �Understanding of impacts of major Change Programmes generically, and the issues this specific one could bring �Working to defined Quality Management System SmartSourcing provides services as an Employment Agency and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified people regardless of age, race, religion, disability, age, gender or sexual orientation.
